Fremr judged people for emigrating, senators say. They don’t want him on the Constitutional Court
According to historical records, Fremr convicted more than 100 people for emigration between 1983 and 1985, which Senators Hilšer and Marvanová interpret as participation in a political cause. The presence of Robert Fremr, deputy chairman of the Prague High Court, at the Constitutional Court is inappropriate, Senators Marek Hilšer and Hana Kordová Marvanová wrote in a personal letter to President Petr Pavel.
