Attorney Hana Suková submitted falsified bank statements six years ago. That is why, the Czech Bar Association now says, the auditors did not find extensive machinations. Suková is now being prosecuted on suspicion of defrauding 44 clients. The Czech Bar Association says it made no mistakes in the case of lawyer Hana Suková, who is being prosecuted for embezzling $153 million.
