A lawyer who adjudicates business cases was supposed to deprive her husband of 625 thousand euros
According to Aktuálně.cz’s findings, a lawyer who herself handles disputes between companies is responsible for two serious property crimes. According to the indictment, she deprived her husband’s company of more than CZK 15 million. She was supposed to respond to the fact that her husband had intervened against her position in the company. The lawyer denies guilt. She argues that she co-owned the company.
