A stipend of 150,000 per year if you commit to practice medicine in the region for several years after graduation. With this program, counties are trying to attract students to graduate from medical school and to practice medicine in their region. “Scholarships can be one of the ways to bring doctors back to the regions,” Zdeněk Kabátek, director of the General Health Insurance Company, told MF DNES.
