“Leave the ordinary tradesman alone.” Resistance to gov data boxes is growing
Some tradesmen, mainly small craftsmen, reject data boxes. They consider the obligation to work with them from next year a burden. They want the government to push for “data boxes” to be voluntary. The Union of Business and Trade Associations (Podnikatelské zvody), which has almost 16,000 members and is the second largest representative of entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic after the Chamber of Commerce, wants to change the law on the right to digital services.
