Let’s raise the regulatory fee from 90 to 200 crowns, Kubek suggests
According to Milan Kubek, president of the Czech Medical Chamber, the regulatory fee for medical emergencies is not fulfilling its function and should be increased from the current CZK 90 to CZK 200. Health Minister Vlastimil Válek (TOP 09) is not considering this at the moment. Part of the resolution approved earlier this week at the congress of the Czech Medical Chamber is a proposal to increase the regulatory fee for medical emergencies because, according to its members, “it does not fulfil its regulatory function and does not contribute to reducing the congestion of emergency medical services”.
