The police evaluated the shouting of ‘Gypsy Parrot’ at the editor. It’s a misdemeanor
Police have assessed the racist shouting at Czech Television editor Richard Samek during the 17 November demonstration as a misdemeanor. It was handed over to the relevant authorities for processing. The author of the vulgar remarks about the journalist faces a fine of up to €700. While demonstrators were gathering at the main train station in Prague, one of the supporters of Tomio Okamura began verbally abusing the editor, Samek, who is of Romani origin.
