Prosecutor: Kovarik’s goal was to divulge information to unauthorized persons
In the resolution, the prosecutor argues that Peter Kovařík had no right to interfere with the police inspection of the Takács, and if he had any doubts, he should have waited until the inspection was completed. On Tuesday, 20 July, in the morning hours, two teams of peeping toms from Sobraniec were set up on the streets of Bratislava to detain a trio of former Takács – Csaba Dömötör, Peter Petrov and Matej Zeman – on suspicion of perjury. Dömötör was detained, then there was a sudden change of plan.
