“The boss called me the cancer of the team.” People at a prestigious institute complain of bullying
The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is an institution with which one associates the pursuit of psychological harmony. But, strangely enough, peace does not prevail even in this organisation, which was founded by the recently deceased legend of Czech psychiatry, Cyril Höschl. Fear, personal attacks and manipulative behaviour. This is how former employees of the National Institute of Mental Health describe the work under the leadership of director Petr Winkler. He is currently facing criticism from about a quarter of his tribal employees, who accuse him of bossing them around. Winkler denies the accusations.
