Fake business trips on behalf of the House of Commons in court
The Prague court will begin hearing the Lukáš Kohout affair today. Among other things, he posed as an assistant to Czech Social Democratic Party (ČSSD) MP Jan Kavan and became infamous for taking a number of private trips around the world on someone else’s dime. The biggest stunt, however, which brought everything to light, was when Kohout booked a jet plane for 2.5 million for Kavan’s alleged trip to Sri Lanka
