The Postal Service defends the price of the “lightweight” electric bicycle. But the panniers, rack and light would cost more than the whole bike
In the tender, the post office purchased Crussis e-City 1.16-S electric bicycles. This model costs less than 37 thousand crowns on the official Crussis e-shop. Unlike the postman’s model, it has only one rear rack. This would mean that the Czech Post paid 42,000 for the rest of the equipment, which is more than the retail price of the whole bike.
