The Big Brother Award for the greatest interventions into privacy was awarded by the non-profit organization Iuridicum Remedium to the Rohlík.cz company, the Polish government, and MetroZoom CEO Dana Svobodová. The announcement was made on Thursday at an online press conference. In the category of long-term accomplice, the organization awarded the prize to the Constitutional Court, which for four years dealt with the constitutionality of the police’s authority to take genetic samples of people for future use.
