Police say the blast slightly injured one man. The man found a paper box outside his house, which exploded after he pushed it away with his foot. A homemade explosive device caused the blast outside an apartment building in Horšovský Týn, Domažlice, police said this morning. A man returning from work found a paper box outside the apartment building. When he pushed it aside with his foot, it exploded and shrapnel injured his face. Witnesses say it was a huge blow, but there was little damage.
