A female employee who had spoken against two accused nurses during the preliminary proceedings refused to testify before the judge. Wednesday’s hearing of the District Court in Ostrava, which deals with the mistreatment of clients of the Slunečnice Home for the Elderly, was reduced to just a few minutes. And it had an unusual outcome.
