Economy DPF
The aim of the event was to motivate environmentally-minded drivers to replace their old DPF. The price of the filter in this promotion ranged from 8 to 15 000 CZK depending on the model (the price of a new filter ranges from 30 to 50 000 CZK depending on the model). For the duration of the promotion, we were not able to arrange a replacement of the DPF filter from Volkswagen’s special offer. We contacted a total of twelve authorised service centres. Either they did not know about the promotion at all, claimed that they did not do it or demanded us practically full price for the repair as part of the promotion.
