Volkswagen has made particulate filters cheaper. But will it be enough?
The Volkswagen Group is introducing lower prices for particulate filters. Depending on the make, model and engine used, they will be available from CZK 12,900 for VW and VW commercial vehicles. Prices for the filters start at CZK 16,900 for Audi and CZK 12,900 for Seat. Particulate filters have been in passenger cars since the turn of the 1990s and the new millennium, when the PSA Group first introduced them on the Citroen C5 1st generation and Peugeot 607, both in conjunction with the 2.2 HDi engine.
