Butchers and sausage makers take on vegetarian sausages
Vegan frankfurters, soy salami, vegetable sausage or vegan jerk chicken. Substitutes using names associated with meat have sparked a battle between “meat eaters” and plant food advocates. The dispute is now moving to Brussels.
