Reconciliation after ten years. ČD and RegioJet have reached an agreement on alleged undercharges, details known
The tussle from the time of the beginning of the competitive struggle on the Czech railways seems to be definitely history. Czech Railways (ČD) and RegioJet have announced an agreement to end their disputes over the so-called underpricing from 2011 and 2014. The private carriers Leo Express and RegioJet originally demanded compensation for the state-owned ČD’s reduction of prices after their entry on the Prague-Ostrava line. RegioJet claimed a total of about CZK 717 million.
