Gloss: Tyre deflators play at being environmentalists, but it’s good old-fashioned class warfare
They call themselves the Tyre Extinguishers and they say they can no longer stand by and watch our cities flooded with giant Escueles. They’ve decided to punish their owners by deflating their tyres. A leaflet that they shove behind the wiper of the poor sufferer is a curious piece of education. It tells him that his car is a killer and that he can walk. In Czech, the leaflets appeared on cars with flat tyres in Brno.
