A secret order of “IT guys” from Jurečka. It was signed after the fact

The Tekies IT contract appeared in the registry only when Seznam Zprávy became interested in the contractor and its ties to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. A lawyer for Transparency International said that the contract may therefore be invalid. Tekies, a small Prague-based IT firm that became a record holder in contracts at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) under Deputy Prime Minister Marian Jurecka (KDU-ČSL), has also infiltrated the Ministry of Regional Development (MMR) unnoticed.
