Former tax criminal will not go into custody, Supreme Court rules

The specialised court kept him at liberty under the supervision of an official. The Supreme Court upheld his decision. Štefan Palatický, a controversial former tax officer, remains at large after today. This is because the Supreme Court, like the Specialized Criminal Court before it, ruled that it was not necessary for him to be prosecuted behind bars.
