The conflict between Supreme Court judges Juraj Kliment and Petr Paluda in the parking lot in front of the court was caught on camera.
The case is being dealt with by the Supreme Court’s Judicial Council and they face disciplinary action, Markíza reported. According to the published footage, Kliment was driving his car into the court’s parking lot and suddenly Palud’s car came barreling towards the parking lot from the right side. According to Kliment, it was only thanks to his quick reaction that the collision did not occur. Paluda then backed into his car, according to the footage.
