Supreme Court challenges vaccination law, should only compensate those who might not even be able to ask for compensation

The Supreme Court challenges the vaccination law. Even victims with less serious consequences should be compensated

The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic (SC) has challenged the vaccination law and proposed that the Constitutional Court (CC) repeal the disputed parts. For the first time, the Supreme Court has made a clear statement on the law that determines who is entitled to compensation for health problems after compulsory vaccination or vaccination against covid-19. It criticises the current legislation, which is too strict, unfair and goes against the constitutional order. The SC questioned the strict conditions for compensation after vaccination, according to which the injury had to be particularly serious. At present, according to the Ministry of Health, only those who no longer have any health at all will be eligible for compensation
