Businessman from ODS sat in corruption for 50 million, mayor now wants him in city company
According to Aktuálně.cz, businessman Vladimír Schmalz has his sights set on the supervisory board of Pražská plynárenská. Prague Mayor Bohuslav Svoboda (ODS) wants to bring this proposal to the city council, and the editorial office has the nomination at its disposal. Schmalz is close to the Civic Democrats. The coalition Pirates are against his appointment. They point to his problematic past.
