Can you combine family and career? The question that most women ask themselves in the 21st century is perhaps even more pressing for Czech female diplomats. Their work is very time-consuming, often outside the Czech Republic and requires travelling or moving. The toll they pay for this is felt not only by themselves, but also by their loved ones. We spoke to women who work in this profession about their experiences and how the current situation could be improved.
