Startup Sens from the west is not, maybe the idea for cricket protein mass which copied there

Graduate Radek Hušek and his startup Sens in Forbes

Thailand has the largest insect farm in the world. They use cricket flour to make bars, crackers and pasta and are trying to revolutionise sustainable food production with their products. Now the Czech startup SENS Foods, co-founded by Radek Hušek, a graduate of our Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Management, is heading to Japanese stores. “We chose Japan also because the local TV and the fourth largest daily newspaper in the country did reports on our farm. At the same time, there is a demand for sustainable protein there. And last but not least, it’s a country where Western trends are usually the first to arrive in Asia,” Radek describes in the Forbes article. You can also read more about Radek Husek, his studies at FPH and the Sens in our interview with Radek for FPH Success.
