The assets of the Technical Services of Šluknov ended up in the family company of a former councillor. The mayor, who intervened against critics of the machinations, is only dodging questions. The Municipal Act clearly states that the mayor represents the municipality externally. It undoubtedly follows that he also speaks for the municipality independently and expresses his views on important matters that directly affect his municipality.
