Penam was fined CZK 502 million in Slovakia. The company will appeal the decision
The bakery group Penam from Agrofert Holding has been fined EUR 21 million (CZK 502 million) by the Slovak Antimonopoly Office (PMU) for violating antitrust rules. The Antimonopoly Office confirmed the amount of the fine, but did not name the punished company. The authority’s verdict is not final. Agrofert said it will appeal against the fine.
