Slovakia recognises Guaidó as interim president of Venezuela
On Wednesday, the Slovak Republic recognised Juan Guaidó as interim president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. On Wednesday, after a government meeting, the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Ivan Korčok (SaS nominee), announced this. He added that the cabinet was also informed about this. Korčok pointed out that elections took place in Venezuela last year, during which Nicolás Maduro illegitimately nominated himself as president.
