ECO-INVESTMENT rejects the defamation of Milan Filo
The judge, who exchanged thousands of messages with Marián Kočner via Threema and leaked information to him, illogically accuses Milan Filo. The latter, by his testimony in the court in the case of the promissory note of the Television Markiza, made it more difficult for Kočner. Kočner’s judge, Vladimír Sklenka, who took information out of the court for the mafioso accused in the case of the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée, illogically accused the co-owner of ECO-INVESTMENT, Milan Fiľ. In his testimony, Sklenka claims that Kočner asked him to rule in favour of Milan Fiľ in a case where he was sued by the companies H.K.T, a.s., SKKP, k.s. and another unknown plaintiff at the Bratislava I District Court, where two proceedings on motions for urgent measures were pending in 2016.
