You want a sewerage? Pay 100 grand. However, seniors in the Českolipsko region cannot afford it
People in Staré Lady in Česká Lípa must contribute CZK 100 000 to build a sewer system. Otherwise, the whole project is in danger of being stopped. For some locals, however, the amount is too high. They had until mid-August to decide whether or not to pay it. This amount seems fair to us in relation to the estimated costs of building the sewerage system in Lade and to the citizens of other parts of Česká Lípa who have also contributed to the construction of public networks in the past,” explained the town mayor Jitka Volfová.
