The only known pair of sea eagles in the Iron Mountains was apparently poisoned by someone
A shock awaited the conservationists near Včelákov in the Chrudim region. When at the end of May they went to the local forests to mark a baby sea eagle on its nest, they found the whole family dead. The birds had apparently been poisoned. We received a report of three sea eagles dying in the forest behind the village of Bystřice u Včelákov
