The court overturned an €330 fine imposed on activist Tomáš Zelený for insulting the police. He should have paid for calling the police “Hail to the department!”, referring to the former head of the Organized Crime Detection Unit as “the eared tractor driver” and calling the police department of terrorism and extremism “the department of terrorists and extremists”.
