“Compared to Louny, Motol is a grand hotel,” says Lucie Saleová, founder of the public collection to help the children’s psychiatric hospital in Louny. The iROZHLAS.cz server has repeatedly drawn attention to the hospital’s dire state. The health minister knows about the state of the hospital. In the spring he said that it was “absolutely ethically unthinkable” to leave children and employees in the current conditions. However, the hospital’s management has not received any financial help from the state. It is relying on public fundraising.
