A quarter of the football field in Mokry near České Budějovice is further bordered by posts. However, according to the decision of the building authority, the owner of the land has unjustly concreted them in. Now he has two options how to proceed. He can get the permit back or he must remove the posts. Bohumila Plánská inherited less than a thousand square metres of the playground on the edge of the village more than two years ago. However, she and her husband Tomáš no longer wanted to provide the area free of charge to footballers, as the previous owners had done thanks to a verbal agreement. And because they did not reach an agreement with the municipality or the local sports union (TJ), they fenced off the area last October.
