Prague City Hall paid the server Parlamentní listy for an unmarked text praising the work of the city hall

Prague paid for the campaign on the Parliamentary Papers. For unmarked texts it paid almost 120 thousand

The Prague City Council paid for PR texts on the Parlamentní listy server. It paid nearly CZK 120,000 for the banners and four texts. However, the website did not label them as commercial communications, as required by law. “We were not aware of this,” says the authority’s spokesman Vít Hofman. At the turn of last July and August, Prague ordered an advertising campaign, so-called PR communication. It wanted to publicise, among other things, the City Council’s decision to ban segways in the capital, and use a banner campaign to draw attention to a digital map of buildings accessible to people with physical disabilities.
