The luxury new building of the Prague Marina complex in Prague’s Holešovice will be temporarily supported by columns. Thirty people had to be evacuated from the building on Sunday evening after it was discovered that the supporting structure had buckled. The architect of the house was surprised. He hopes everything will be put right as quickly as possible. “I have to say that I have personally never experienced anything like this before. I have been spending several hours a day at the site since the incident. It is in everyone’s interest to resolve this as soon as possible,” architect Jon Hale, who was also involved in the construction of the shopping complex in Zličín, told iDNES.cz.
