Prague deals with over three thousand dog offences a year, no register
Dogs and their behaviour often cause problems for residents of the metropolis. Even Lenka B., who decided to walk to work a month ago, knows this. Her route crosses several Prague parks. “In the last two weeks, I’ve had three strange dogs jump on me,” she complains. However, she also finds the behaviour of their owners inappropriate.
