Prešov city deputy Dupkala received five years in prison for corruption
Prešov city and regional deputy Rudolf Dupkala received a five-year unconditional prison sentence for accepting bribes. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court (SC) of the Slovak Republic upheld the earlier verdict of the Specialized Criminal Court (SCC) in Pezinok. The decision is final. Dupkala was not present at Tuesday’s public session. He excused his absence on the grounds of his health.
