A documentary film student made a film that OVB Allfinanz says no one should see. The company has filed a defamation lawsuit against the young filmmaker Jakub Charvát and wants CZK 100,000. The student has to earn money for his legal defence by working part-time. The documentary disappeared from several festivals last year, and OVB Allfinanz lawyers show up before every pre-announced screening and threaten to sue. The film Council Over Gold, by documentary film student Jakub Charvát, became unwanted material because it described the controversial workings of one of the biggest firms in the consultancy market.
