A descendant of the Jumo 004 engine flies in the L 410 NG back to the area where the Soviets studied it after the war

OMNIPOL delivered L 410 NG to Kazakhstan

OMNIPOL handed over the L 410 NG aircraft manufactured by our subsidiary Aircraft Industries to the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations in a ceremony on Wednesday. It will serve the country to save lives in the event of natural disasters, accidents and other emergencies. The ceremony of handing over the aircraft was held in the presence of top officials of OMNIPOL Group, including Vice President for Business Artem Movsesyan.

Note The L 410 NG aircraft uses GE Aviation H80 engines which are old M-601 engines upgraded by American GE. Which is a copy of the Russian TVD-10 engine. The first version of the TV-1 was based on the postwar German Jumo 004.
