According to Seznam Zprav’s investigations, this is the background of the company entrusted by the state with the supply of oil to the emergency storage tanks. Last year, in response to Russian aggression in Ukraine, the government of Petro Fiala commissioned the State Material Reserves Administration (SSHR) to buy CZK 1.1 billion worth of oil for the reservoirs. The winner of the tender has another seven months to deliver it. Normeston Trading Limited has agreed to supply the Czech Republic with strategic crude. It is a Cypriot company with non-transparent owners
