Miloslav Ludvík, the former director of Motol University Hospital, has been repeatedly investigated by the National Security Office (NSA). He obtained a so-called security clearance document.
Police prosecute 18th person in Motol case
Eighteen people have been charged in the Motol hospital case since Thursday, the deputy European prosecutor, Zdeňka Pavlásková, said. Police wanted to charge this number of people from the beginning, but so far they have not been able to deliver the indictment to one person whom police accuse of bribery.
