The virtual recruitment centre doarmady.cz is designed to attract those interested in serving in uniform in an engaging way. Interactive elements, a game section where you can control a drone, as well as the recruitment assistant Adéla, who is supposed to answer the curious questions of candidates using machine learning, are the work of the state enterprise LOM Praha, or their subsidiary. Despite the low interest in the service, the website is swallowing tens of millions of crowns.
