According to information from the daily Nový čas, he was supposed to have caused a traffic accident while under the influence of alcohol. Drunk, he got behind the wheel and drove into the fence of a family house. He was over one per mille. On Tajovského Street in Revúca, the driver of a passenger car crashed into the fence of a family house. When documenting the accident, he blew more than 0.6 mg/l of alcohol in his blood.
