Jan Urban: Benda is just an arrogant legislative worker. He does not belong on the Constitutional Court

Not to mention the carelessness with which this prominent man had his thesis accepted by his advisor.” These were the words used in 2009 by the respected rector of Masaryk University, Professor Jiří Zlatuška, to describe the attempt by the longest serving Czech MP Marek Benda to fraudulently obtain a doctorate in law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
