A man dressed as a pirate was imprisoned in Bohnice, the Constitutional Court stood up for him
Four years ago, a police patrol stopped Jan Hruby in pirate clothing and sent him for a medical examination on suspicion that he was driving under the influence of marijuana. Hrubý eventually ended up in a hospital in Bohnice, where he spent several days involuntarily. He has since filed a lawsuit seeking a ruling that he was wrongly imprisoned; he first found a remedy at the Constitutional Court.
