Court punishes 12 people and one company over repairs to stud farm in Kladruby
The Prague High Court today finally punished 12 people and one company – Chládek and Tintěra – in the case of manipulated contracts for repairs of the National Stud Farm in Kladruby nad Labem. It imposed suspended or fined sentences. In contrast to the first instance verdict, the High Court acquitted two other defendants – DOB Construction and Strabag.
