Prosecutor quashes prosecution of Plzeň kebab seller over anti-Jewish graffiti
“The supervising prosecutor used his powers under the Criminal Procedure Code and revoked the resolution to prosecute the Turkish citizen for defamation of a nation, race, ethnic or other group of persons by placing signs in his place of business commenting on historical moments of the Jewish people and signs criticizing the world powers,” said Ivana Hostašová, head of the Plzeň prosecutor’s office.
