Jan Bodnár, Deputy Director of VZP, earned more than CZK 5 million last year, including bonuses. He lived in a cheap apartment of the Bona Foundation. The Foundation cares for psychiatric patients and provides them with sheltered housing. He signed contracts with the Psychiatric Hospital in Bohnice on behalf of the General Health Insurance Fund. Jan Bodnár, the deputy director of the insurance company, has been living in the apartment of the Bona Foundation, which was founded by the Bohnice hospital, since 2017, roughly since he started working at VZP.
